# Do I still need to book a Report Review appointment if my LifestyleRx physician discussed the result?

You will still need to schedule a Report Review appointment with your LifestyleRx physician, even if some of your results were discussed during your Initial Consultation. Your Personal Health Plan (Report) provides additional context around your lab results and physiology, which often requires further discussion with your physician.

In addition, your ability to book ad-hoc follow-up appointments with your LifestyleRx physician is tied to completing the Report Review appointment. If the Report Review is not completed, you will not be able to schedule ad-hoc follow-up appointments in the future.
