# How do I cancel/reschedule my appointment?

The fastest way to cancel your appointment is by using the “Cancel” link in your email reminder or by cancelling directly through your LifestyleRx account. Using one of these options ensures your cancellation is processed immediately.

To cancel through your LifestyleRx Account: 

1. Go to the “Home” tab within LifestyleRx.

2. Scroll down until you find the appointment you wish to reschedule/cancel. 
3. Click “Reschedule/Cancel an appointment."

4. From there, click on “Reschedule/Cancel” and follow the prompts.
