# Why can’t I book a follow-up appointment to review my follow-up bloodwork?

The Follow-Up Appointment is intended to address ad hoc questions or concerns that may arise during the Better Health Program. These appointments are limited in scope and are designed to cover one or two specific questions.

Follow-Up Appointments are not intended for reviewing follow-up bloodwork or updated questionnaires. At this stage, the LifestyleRx physician does not yet have sufficient information available to complete a comprehensive review of your results.

If a Follow-Up Appointment is booked for the purpose of reviewing bloodwork and updated questionnaires, the appointment may be cancelled, or you may be asked to book the appropriate appointment type at the conclusion of the visit.

When it is time to book your Action Plan Appointment, you will receive an email from LifestyleRx confirming that you can proceed. This email will include a specific booking link to ensure that the correct appointment type is scheduled.
