# How do I log in if I have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password or it is not working, click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.

You will then have the option to either **reset your password** or **log in using a 6-digit one-time code** sent to your email. After requesting the code, it is important to **keep the page open.** If you close the page, you will need to start the process again and request a new code.

Please note:&#x20;

* The 6-digit code may take a few minutes to arrive.
* Requesting a new code will **invalidate any previously sent code.**
* If you do not see the email, be sure to check your **Junk or Spam folder** in case it was filtered there.

Once you successfully enter the 6-digit code, you will either be prompted to **create a new password** or will be **logged directly into the LifestyleRx platform**, depending on the option you selected.
