# Do I have to have my labs completed before my initial consultation appointment?

The blood test is not required for your consultation. We typically request blood work at the start of group sessions to help establish a useful baseline as you begin the program, but ultimately it’s up to you when you choose to have it completed.

The only requirement before your upcoming consultation is to complete your questionnaires. Please make sure these are completed before your appointment with the physician.
