# When do I get my Action Plan report?

Unlike the Personal Health Plan (your initial report), the Action Plan Report is not generated or emailed until after your Action Plan Appointment has been completed. This ensures that any adjusted goals or targets agreed upon during the appointment are accurately reflected in the final report.<br>
