# Where can I access the lab requisition?

Whether it is for your initial bloodwork or any follow-up testing, your lab requisition will be available through an assigned task titled “Complete Labwork.”

Simply open the assigned task and follow the instructions fully — once completed, your lab requisition will be generated and available for download.
